- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst experience of my life. Went in to get taxes done in January. They submitted my taxes without my permission and charged me the fees without my permission. There was a lot of back and forth with the company in regards to my taxes and getting my refund back. They young guy that did my taxes had NO idea what he was doing, didn't ask me any questions or try to maximize my refund. Submitted my taxes without any of my signatures, then was unable to stop it from going to the state. They promised a lot with communication but fell very short. I was the one calling the head office of HR block for information in regards to my issue. They again stated they would refund me as soon as possible. After 3 failed attempts they finally refunded the fees that I did not approve. I also now have a block on my state refund for "further review". Just ridiculous. I went to HR Block in high hopes they would get me back more money then someone else who has been doing my taxes for years. They have Absolutely FAILED and I will absolutely NEVER EVER use them again. Word of mouth is a very powerful tool and they should have done more for me after they screwed my taxes up. I hope NOONE EVER uses them. They do not deserve your business. They should have done more for me and my family, at least an apology letter.. nothing.. Don't ever use them they will screw yours up too and give you the run around. If I was able to give them a ZERO STAR I would have..By Andrea Vandergrift, October 09, 2016
